As in the Assessment and Planning stages, ASI’s approach to the Implementation phases reflects a comprehensive and integrative approach whose goal is to tailor an optimal security solution. Such a complete package - be it for facilities, installations, events, systems or specific targets provides the ability to construct a balanced solution that includes all of the components that constitute an integral security array.

The implementation process entails the execution of actions along four corresponding axes of activity;

The first axis of the implementation phase deals with setting the organization, its sub-units and ancillary structures, as well as the training of the functionaries. This phase may entail creating new arrays; upgrading or retrofitting existing arrays and conducting foundational training and tutorials for the different functionaries.

The second axis deals with the creation of the technological/technical security array. It includes the construction, installation and deployment of systems and security means. This phase will integrate the frameworks, systems and sub-systems so that they all function in a precise, continuous, effective and coordinated fashion. This phase will include instruction and training of the security personnel in operation and maintaining the entire scope of technical systems and means.

The third axis has to do with writing the regulations and procedures that regulate the operational processes. These procedures are meant to cover all of the relevant aspects of routine, transitional and emergency states of operations.

The fourth axis deals with creating overall operational readiness. This axis concentrates on building this readiness through a series of exercises and drills that encompass all the relevant operational levels that train and prepare the entire array to deal with plausible threats. This axis includes training and drilling management-level personnel and specific arrays; exercises that start at the theoretical level and end with comprehensive, large-scale simulations.
