ASI will examine, assess and provide revamping and upgrading solutions for existing intelligence systems, or lack thereof. The structural, technological and operational solutions will seek to optimize the new system’s overall effectiveness by streamlining its components (doing away with redundant functions) and creating effective intelligence information collection (Humint, Sigint and Visint), processing (Research & Analysis) and dissemination. The ASI model makes fast and responsible decision-making a reality, which in turn will enable security forces to launch more effective counter-terrorism operations, whether as a response or preventative measure.
