The ASI planning process is modularly designed to meet the idiosyncrasies and answer the specific needs of each client.
The first stage is the creation of a General Security Concept, which is composed of a list of principles and guidelines – conceptual, operational and technological – that together make up the framework and central conceptual idea behind the entire security plan for the facility/asset. This concept will define the cornerstones of the security array, indicate available courses of action and define priorities and emphases.
The next step is the creation of the Integrated Security Array, which is meant to define the different components of the security array at the specific facility/asset, as well as the contents of each of these components and its relative weight in the specific security solution.

The primary components of the integrated security array include:
• General frame- Goals, mission, method, security circles
• Structure, organization and responsibility
• Personnel recruiting, Courses and training
• Procedures
• Technological systems, measures and equipment
• Surveillance and Auditing

A key component of our framework is setting the Method and accurately defining a series of concentric and overlapping ‘Security Circles’ that make up the structure of the security apparatus.
These security circles including:
• Intelligence-collection Circle -Wide and Local
• Outer Security Circle
• Intermediate Security Circle
• Critical Target Security Circles -for each potential target
• Security Circles for Central Operation Units/Processes.
